After everything is ready, do not keep your medical first aid kits and supplies far away or hide them. Find a good location where your kit will be within reach. Your children, in case you have them, should also know the importance of keeping first aid kits. If your children are big enough, you can even teach them how to use this kit. By the way, having various first aid supplies is not necessary as you can make one quality medical first aid kit, put it handy and take it with you in case of need, for example, when you're going to drive somewhere.

An average composition of medical first aid kits and supplies includes adhesive tapes, bandages, clinical gloves, antibacterial aids, cotton balls, sometimes you may find where medications or even eye goggles. You can try to make your own first aid supplies or find a drugstore and buy ready all-in-one solution.

Im allergic to Elastoplast adhesive, are there any bandages that i can use?
Elastoplast is the adhesive used in all the bandages i have been able to find. I am allergic and would like to try to find some bandages i can use. i have looked up things on google, but have had no luck. hoping to find someone else allergic to adhesive who has some suggestions.

(it causes my skin to peel off)

also, this is not a latex allergy, just the adhesives and anything that is resin based.
