Dazzling effects with led lights

  Led lighting in the home can change the appearance and atmosphere of a room cheaply and easily with the minimum of effort on your part.  Led lights for bathrooms can create a warm, relaxing glow as you relax in the bath and as they are completely waterproof there is no need to worry about ever splashing water on them.  A led shower head is one of the most recent innovations to come on to the market.  It displays 4 different colours which indicate the temperature of the water running through it so you need never step into a freezing shower again.  The led shower head is completely self powered and requires no wiring and can be installed in less than a minute making it an attractive feature for any contemporary bathroom. 
  Indoor led lighting is superb for matching your changing moods and times of the day.  A led wall wash can bathe a wall in the colour or different colours of your choice and is great for parties and entertaining or simply relaxing after a hard day’s work.  They are best used with a led dimmer so you can get precisely the effect that you want.

  Led lights have many advantages over conventional lights and spotlights.  They give a very clean light with no UV, they have a very long lifetime that is up to 50,000 times that of a conventional filament bulb and they also use very little power and are extremely cost effective to run.  I think the main benefits of led lighting are its versatility and the fact that are more enviromentally friendly than any other sort of lighting that you can get in the home.  As a led strip can be applied to virtually any surface there are thousands of different ways of using them and colour changing led can enhance the mood and appearance of virtually any room.

Green christmas lights?

What:
I want to line the ceiling of my living room and atrium with green Christmas lights, Green seemed to be the best choice because red is too ominous and blue is harsh on the eyes. I will reconsider blue if you convince me to get incandescent.

Why: My atrium has a light in the ceiling that I am going to put the adapter into for the string of lights that will wrap around into both rooms. The problem I am trying to overcome is that the light switch for the living room lights is far away from the entrance. I want to be able to turn on the light switch in the atrium and have the lights on in both rooms. I don't need the rooms exceptionally bright, the rooms are mostly used for eating, watching t.v. and using my computer.

Please adress: incandescent or LED (harsh LED lighting over its own efficiency), colors (color can change how you feel), how to string them mounting (i was thinking adhesive putty) and spacing.

I am only going to address the problem with no light switch near the entrance. They now make a remote switch that you attach to the wall near the door and it turn on the lights that are hooked at one plug. Check at your local hardware store.
