I need some advice regarding inhalant abuse when I was younger

When I was young around 13 - 14,(I am 22 now) I took empty cans of pringles and sprayed elmers spray adhesive into them and inhaled the vapor like 3 times. I also did this with dustoff once.

I am really scared about what I might have done to myself this way, does anytone think the human body has the ability to reverse the damage caused by my stupid idiotic decisions? I already have cognitive impairements. Right now I feel like I have strep throat and I am coughing up weird specks.

I don't think you'd have strep throat from inhaling shit 10 years ago... maybe you fried a few braincells but probably nothing else. You can't reverse the damage, sorry. Start eating healthy and sleeping more and you might start to feel better.
