Best breast forms for cross dresser?

I am a crossdresser right now (military wont let me transition) and had a few questions. One is the adhesive breast forms the best for giving the weight and feel of real breasts? I was thinking it would and also would allow me to wear my own bras. Also how would I achive cleavage with the breast forms or is it not possibe. Thank you everyone

There are plenty of breastforms out there that will do the job. It will depend on your definition of "good". My suggestion is that you visit a trans-friendly lingerie shop and consult with the sales person. They will give the appearance of real breasts.

On a seperate note, I sincerely hope that you are being extremely careful in how you are going about dressing up since you are still active duty. The military is NOT accepting towards crossdressers or other transgender identified people and you can find yourself in a world of hurt if you are outed while you're still in the service. Be sure that you keep all of your cross-gendered activities and clothes away from base and that you keep a very tight lip to anybody you serve with. If anybody you serve with does know, be absolutely certain that you can trust them. If it gets to be too much, your only safe route out is to talk with a psych or a chaplain.
