How can I attached new rolled cork to old cork boards?

I'm updating several existing cork boards, and have purchased rolled cork from a large school supply store. I tried attaching it using spray contact cement, but its now peeling up. I'd love any recommendations on the best adhesive, from those who've done something similar.

Contact the school supply store that you purchased the rolled cork from. There is a special adhesive which is sold by the gallon for applying cork.

The problem is that the cork is so absorbent that it will not hold regular glues.

If they can't you can call Marsh industries at 800-426-4244. Tell them what you have and they will provide a distributor for you.

In the future, there is a self-adhesive cork panel that works really well and it comes in sheets up to 16' long. I'll supply the link but the original supplier should be able to provide you with assistance.
