If you're looking to make your own from scratch then you can use some cotton, a pillow, glue that is alright for contact on the skin, and red cloth with sewing materials.

Leave some extra space around the belly to recreate a large Santa belly. Then you need to make a hat that comes to a point. At this point place some cotton there and attach it with glue. After you have done all of this, you can use a pillow to make a belly.

The next step is to make the beard. Do this my taking cotton and stretching it out and making it fluffy. Make sure you leave a space for your mouth so you can have a mustache as well. Then use your special glue to put it on your face!. You will also need to attach some cotton to the top of your hat.

Those are the steps on how to make a Santa suit. It takes time but overall is not a difficult procedure. All you need to do is get the supplies, sew, and attach! after that you are god to go part the night away at a party or anywhere else as Santa Claus!
