Spark Plug Coils came out?

While doing plugs I noticed that a cyclinder has a coil in it. It felt wierd coming out- then it was out...coil still screwed to the spark plug. I noticed it had gunk on it - looked like dried rust or maybe sometype of red adhesive they used to "glue it in?" I was able to hand tighten it in, then a little with the wrench. It is in "fairly" snug but I am not sure and not experienced with coils.
PLEASE ANSWER ALL THREE QUESTIONS:
1. Is this good enough- will it stay in- does it need glue or tap?
2. Would the head have to come off to put a new coil in properly?
3. What exactly will happen if the coil/pllug blows out while driving? FYI, The design has the coil and plug wire secured via a screw to the head so the plug is somewhat held in the cylinder.

Yes it is common that it will come off. I would suggest you replace with new. Your plug will not work the way it should.
