Has anyone tried to pull the tabs first, then eyeliner? Notice the difference?

I wonder why most say eyeliner first, then the lashes. May affect the resilience of the queue? hmm ... Duno .. Anyway, I can not tab the band stay in (DUO glue) after using eyeliner. I'll try later eyeliner, but do not want setbacks. Soooo, I receive their views and experiences of Girls! Thank you in advance!

I got a pencil eyeliner first guidlines on where to place the tabs, and then I'll top with liquid eyeliner. Eyeliner can affect the way the glue sticks .. and type of eyeliner (pencil or liquid) may also be a factor.
