Wood-glue in between pieces of wood needs a long time to dry, and blowing on the outside does not speed it. Taking shorter time and putting stress on it before it is dry is not a good idea either.
If you need to work on your wood before the glue is completely dry you will need to use a different glue.
Ask a good wood seller what to use, as brands and types differ per country, (and I am not in yours.)

If you need to work on your project but will not put stress on the join, a shorter time than recommended will often be enough.
If it is a big surface that is glued, half the time, a smaller, more critical join, three quarters of the time at least.
(So if you glue as last thing in the evening, you can work on early afternoon, if you have a big join, and early evening, if the join is small.)
