How can I mold/glue recycled EPS styrofoam into a shape?

Howdy,

Does anyone know how I could mold/shape recycled EPS styrofoam into new forms? I want to make styrofoam molds (essentially coffin-shaped boxes) to ship fragile objects that have peculiar shapes.

I believe I can purchase used foam in a variety of shapes (see: http://www.alibaba.com/buyofferdetail/102357290/Buy_Waste_Eps_Melting_Lumps_compressed_EPS_styrofoam_blocks_3000mts_month.html)

How could I glue the pieces together so they'd be sturdy for shipping containers? Appreciate the help.

I think the old timer is onto something. but if you use expanding foam it will expand and crush the objects!
