breathing problem ... please help!?

I have an embarrassing problem when I use a lot about everything what you can get high. I will use Lysol, white-out,, Glue, Sharples, aerosols and aerosol whipped cream. I tried to stop them, but the problem is, it is too late. I'm addicted. I know that inhalants are very dangerous and I want to stop, but I can not. I do not want to talk to my parents about it. I think I did enough to pass through them. I'm so afraid I'll drop dead one day if I continue to do so. I already have respiratory problems. Please Please help. I will use a good idea to shoot me. Get help before it's worse than it is. For me, my addiction started with inhalants, as well. Then came the pot and alcohol, and shortly after x cocaine, Oxycontin, etc. It has become a hell. Now I'm in a twelve-step program (for 2 years now) and I stay clean and sober one day at a time.
