Engine Hatch, Insulation Repair?

I have your basic engine hatch on my deck, that folds down on 2 hinges. The problem is the insulation inside. From years of heat and what not, the glue is letting go on the thin silver heat shield lining, and its ripping and sagging. This one is beyond repair, I need new silver lining but not sure where to get that. Also, it was attatched to a foam padding insulation under it, and was wondering how to glue the new one down, spray glue??
