To play online guitar chords correctly you will have to practice frequently and learn the true meaning of the art form.  The knowledge is in the chords, and you will have to start there.  Understanding which chords to play, and which chords to strum, can be a tedious process for one to learn.  By remembering the fun ways to learn the chords, you will be able to achieve success.  Your peers will be impressed at your ability to play guitar chords so profoundly, that it will be worth all of the grueling hours, and the effort that you put into learning how to play online guitar chords.

What age would you give a young child a hula hoop with small beeds inside, and streamers, to play with? 3 or 4?

The hula hoop will be sealed with glue and duct tape. I need to make props for my music and movement class and my professor wants them to be homemade and age appropriate. Thanks.

If you seal it properly, and monitor it closely during use it should be fine with 4 year olds. It would also depend on the activity and how the children use it. I found that even the smallest hoop was too big for my children to use around their waist at age 4. They just preferred to roll it along the grass. Using it in games like musical hoops (like musical chairs) were more appropriate for use at that age.

I would check it periodically to make sure there are no cracks or any damage.
