What is an easy way to make window clings?

Not paper ones either and I did look on the web by all I found was making it with this certain kind of paint. And I don't want to do that. Is there a way I can make it easier with glue or something else? Please Help!

I have wanted to make my own after buying a kit to do them from Klutz. Now it is MUCH easier then you think. Go to a craft store and purchase "CLEAR GEL TACKY GLUE" and add food coloring to get the desired colors. Buy sheet protectors from your office supply store which is what you will make your clings on. Also at the craft store you will need to buy liquid leading (Plaid makes one) and place the item you want to trace into or under the sheet protector and outline the design in the liquid leading. Let dry for at least 4 hours and then come back and fill in with your colored Tacky Gel glue straight from the bottle, do not brush on. Let dry for at least 24 hours and then peel off carefully and put the flat side against your windows. You will know that they are totally dry when you push on them and they feel hard, not spongy. The Gel tacky glue works best because you can see through the designs better then white glue or regular tacky glue. Another trick is if you want to make different thickness lines or to get into tight spots you can use cake decorating tips. I have had great success with these and it has become my new hobby.
