what type of glue will hold well on a glass window?

the reason am asking this is because i have been giving an idea on how to fix my broken bedroom window it has a hole init i think someone smashed it now am wanting to fix it by putting some perspex over the hole and gluing it in place but am gonna need strong glue to do this but which glue do i need it has to be really strong needs to hold very well i dont think super glue will do it i need something alot stronger but what?
