How to improve marking a football?
i need some tips or exercises to improve my marking and my hand to eye coordination. My kicking is perfect but my marking lets me down. And any ideas where to get grip glue for your hands to use in sports.
The only way I know of, which helped me, was to stand a few metres away from a wall, and either throw/kick/handpass the ball against a wall, either along the ground or in the air, and just keep practising.
I just did a basic kick to start off with, and once I improved in my marking and hand to eye coordination, I eventually changed my kicking/throwing style every now and then so I wasn't getting the same ball return over and over again.
