how can i fix my bumper-its about to fall off?

i was driving yesterday and accidentally turned to sharp and hit a curb-bad. today i pulled up a little too far and my bumper got stuck on the park curb thing. now the driver side half is cracked and falling off. its on a mitsu. eclipse(2002) i think its plastic. can i like screw it underneath or use some super super strong glue-cuz i cant pay for a mechanic to fix it....
i dont want it to look like one of those cars that is a junker-something that wont be obvious to anyone.

the auto parts store sells a good glue called goo or something along those lines, it works really well and sets Pretty fast. also withstands the elements well.
