Solid Plastic Box Lockers

Solid Plastic Box Lockers have become the preferred locker choice because of their many practical advantages. Since Solid Plastic Box Lockers are constructed of high density polyethylene plastic (HDPE) they are impervious to moisture. The HDPE used in these lockers is made from 30% post-industrial recycled HDPE plastic. They will not rust, delaminate, mildew or absorb odors. The color of the locker is throughout the plastic material so the lockers never need painting. They will maintain their attractive color throughout their operational lives. In addition, scratches can be easily repaired. Another feature is their durability that makes them highly impact resistant, and which eliminates virtually all dents and broken doors. And as a bonus, spray paint and graffiti have poor adhesion qualities with this type of plastic and can be easily removed with standard cleaners.

The initial purchase price of Solid Plastic Box Lockers is greater than the price of traditional metal lockers. However, since plastic lockers never need painting and suffer far less door damage and replacement, they can effectively save up to 50% in maintenance costs over the twenty year (or more) life of the product. Additional saving can result from the fact that plastic does not rust or corrode. Standard lockers can be ordered in one to six tiers and in heights of 24, 36, 48, 60, and 72 inches. Available standard widths and depths are 12, 15, and 18 inches. These lockers are available in twenty-five attractive colors and blend-in with any decor. These lockers have recently become available in 100% post consumer recycled HDPE in moss, toffee, beige and charcoal gray colors.

Our Solid Plastic Box Lockers are built with doors and frames that are one half inch thick for durability. The box is three eights inch thick and all parts are welded together to form the one-piece construction. This type of construction eliminates the need for fasteners that may loosen or fail over time. A powder coated stainless steel piano hinge is used to hinge the doors to the frames. The choice of stainless steel and powder coating insure a very long life for the hinge. The standard door lock is a simple stainless steel hasp that is appropriate for a users padlock. However, other types of built-in locks and a key coin return can be ordered. Installation is as simple as placing the lockers on the concrete floor and attaching them to the wall(s) and each other.

What is the strength of the epoxy resin?

I am looking for a tough ABS plastic cement and metal that is as flexible as to avoid cracking due to high vibration. I use for my car to secure the bolts and screws for the bumper. (I'm on pins a large and a fog light and heavy nuts also seem to be declining because of bumpy roads.) Ps I have also tried to JB weld that includes epoxy, but it seems a sort of crack .. If Being a powerful epoxy adhesive plastic and metal? And it is flexible and resistant to cracking? Thank you.

I build boats, and the only concern would be is that what ever you epoxy these things, you'll never be separated ... put this thing on - it never goes out and what ever you have stuck with him forever .... I guarantee you will be stuck so far last, the anti-fog and your truck. There are two theories about the "flexibility" Show ... Personally, I do not want my boat epoxy bending, and bending low makes tiny cracks, and finally endanger the boat.
