Ok so im going to paper mache a head. What is best to use...pva glue with newspaper or pva glue with toilet paper? also how does this http://www.accentannex.com/images/products/93031.jpg
look so shiny? is there a special product or is it just the paint? tnx 2 whoeva answers! xx

Toilet tissue might be a bit too soft - newspaper would be better.

They have sanded down and used lots of coats of lacquer on the one on the pic, probably.
