Lace Wigs - What are the advantages and disadvantages and what you know?

Right I'm looking to buy a lace wig, simply because I'm tired Traditional / weaving hair extensions. I'm looking for something that seems quite real, as my hair is difficult to maintain. I saw a full lace I want, but do not really understand how the work of lace wigs! Asked what damage your hair? I understand you have to stick the wig, but do not harm the hair? Are lace wigs do not come in Remy hair? and did you go to the salon every time you apply wig every time you use it? How jack cover to be visible on the front of your hair / head? If you know any tricks or pointers please let me know! I am from black websites specialize in black hair products would be useful. O and what do you Motown Tress wigs lace? are human hair? and that is what I'm looking. Thank you in advance.
