A fence should be installed around all bodies of water to prevent drowning.

Fence gates should have self-closing hinge doors. In addition, I recommend self-closing hinges and an alarm for doors that lead to backyards with a pool or spa. Consider installing water disturbance alarms designed to detect water disturbance or displacement. As you install these safety items, get down on your hands and knees to see things from the vantage point of your children.

Watch your twins play in a particular room while keeping an eye out for potential hazards. By using these techniques, you will find childproofing needs specific to your twins and your particular home. what can I use in my bath tub so my grandson won't slip? It has a non slip surface so bath mats won,t stick .
