I burnt my feet recently. Help?
I was walking barefoot on the road for about 20 minutes the other day, and I burned my feet. There are about six large blisters total, and one of them has popped. I have soaked them in an epsom salt bath, put on burn cream and tried to keep the popped one covered. Right now, both of my feet are wrapped up with self adhesive bandages meant for wrapping your feet/ankles. Any suggestions on how to make sure they dont get infected and to make them go away more quickly?
Just try to stay off your feet as much as possible in the next few days and don't pop the blisters, because they protect the new skin growing underneath. You're feet'll be tougher when they heal, but even so, try to stay on the grass and off the pavement when it's that hot.
