How to Tighten Sagging Skin with Firming Face Cream

 

How to tighten sagging skin with a firming face cream is not difficult.  That is IF your face cream has the right ingredients that help remove wrinkles.

A new firming face cream is now on the market.  That in itself is not anything new.  But one that really tightens sagging skin is new.  Most face creams don't work.

Replacing cells is what the body does well.  It is an ongoing renewal process that is happening constantly.  As we age, this replacement process seems to take place at a much slower pace.  So how do we change that?

Hyaluronic Acid

Hyaluronic acid helps proteins and other important ingredients to stick together, somewhat like an adhesive or glue.  Glucose and amino acids assist in this process.  When hyaluronic acid is lacking, wrinkles appear.

Hyaluronic acid, which is important to new skin development, often breaks down because of enzymatic response.  This means sagging skin, puffy eyes, bags under eyes and wrinkles in general.  The reason is that hyaluronic acid has lost power to do what it should be doing.

Another reason for lack of skin firmness comes from too much sun over a period of time.  Vitamin D comes mainly from the sun so a sunscreen is not recommended.  What is recommended is: Don't stay out in the sun too long and take a supplement like fish oil.

How do you remove the adhesive off of your skin from electrodes?

I've been wearing a holter monitor for the past month and when I took the electrodes off and it left this black sticky residue on my skin. I've tried scrubbing it off in the shower, olive oil and rubbing alcohol and nothing seems to work. Does anyone else have any ideas on how to get this stuff off?!
