b2b with crafty skills...help with making own ring pillow!?

i want to get a plain satin white ring pillow. i am having a cinderella themed wedding and have bought a se through glass slipper. i want to stick the slipper onto the pillow and the rings will sit in the toe of the slipper rather then be tied onto the ribbon of the ring cushion 9i will just cut these off)..however should i use super glue to stick the shoe on and how can i decorate it so it doesnt look plain? my color theme is pink and white....thanks.

I am assuming the shoe is plastic and not real glass.

If that's the case, I would heat up a needle or small, Philips head screwdriver or awl over a flame, then punch four small holes in the bottom of the shoe...two (right next to each other, like button holes) at the front and two at the heel.

Then, sew the shoe onto the pillow using some white or "invisible" thread. Just sew it on like a button.

I would also reinforce it with some clear-drying craft glue, but few glues work well on plastic and fabric. So the sewing idea may be your best bet to ensure it doesn't come off!

You could also cut some foam to fit the shoe, wrap it in fabric, and then loosely baste the rings to that, rather than worry about them loose in the shoe. Just a simple stitch that isn't tied off or tight would keep them anchored but allow them to be removed easily.
